Intercompany Trade Union Organisation NSZZ „Solidarność” in Volkswagen Poznań represents almost 6000 employees of Volkswagen Poznań, which accounts for a union membership rate of about 60% and makes the largest union organisation in the automotive industry.

Production in Volkswagen Poznań is performed in 4 Plants: Poznań Antoninek, Swarzędz – Jasin, Poznań – Wilda and in the new Crafter plant in Białężyce. The structure and range of the Trade Union covers all these locations.
